Liberal Democrat reveal crisis in dentistry across Scotland
Banffshire and Buchan Liberal Democrats have today called on the Scottish Government to step up and save NHS dentistry acrossAberdeenshire North and Moray East, as the party sheds new light on soaring wait times, falling numbers of NHS appointments and a decline in the number of dentists performing NHS work.
In the Grampian area figures from Grampian Health Board show a drop in dentitsts in our area from 2019 with 341 to the latest staistics for 2022 with 213.
Scottish Liberal Democrats call on the Scottish gopvernment to reverse this trend and ensure patients can get access to the services they need.
