Join us as we welcome leader of the Liberal Democrats Sir Ed Davey to Sutton!

He'll be joining us from 1:15pm to knock on doors in North Cheam, where we're fighting hard to take three seats from the Conservatives and elect hardworking Lib Dem local champions.

There will be a quick rally and photo call at the meeting point before we head out to knock on doors!

We really want to make sure we give Sir Ed a HUGE warm welcome in the way that we all know Sutton can, so please join us on the day!

Meet in Morrisons car park, Brunton Lane NE13 9FS at 10am and/or 1.30pm to deliver target letters and collect signatures for a petition about lack a health centre in Great Park.

Join Merton Lib Dems in Wandle ward - a key battle ground between the Lib Dems' Cllr Kirsten Galea and Phil Ling and Labour's deputy leader and Wimbledon parliamentary candidate in 2024.

This is a must win fight in a split ward with Labour.

They'll be canvassing and delivery on offer, a light lunch and social event at a local pub at the end of the afternoon session.

Join the morning session at 10am and the afternoon at 1.30pm.

On Saturday the 31st January, we are holding an Action Day in the Ward. 

There will be plenty of canvassing and delivering!

It is exciting and a great opportunity to engage with many of our fellow residents.

What will be happening on the day?

We have hired the hall at St Dunstan's Church as a hub for folk to come along, meet us, greet us and also get the action plans for them to go out and about.

Action Day in Montgomery, Canvassing and deliveries to increase the Liberal Democrat  presence in Montgomery

On Saturday 31 January, the Fflint Wrecsam team will be back in Marford for leaflet delivery and more canvassing around the village.

Meet at 4pm at the WWF car park to canvass the Horsell parts of Woking North or collect a round of deliveries

Gather from 6pm at the Wheatsheaf to enjoy some political chat with Daisy Cooper and the Woking Lib Dems.

Event ends at 7.30pm 

She is the MP for Chesham and Amersham, but was born in Wales, is a fluent Welsh speaker and was the Party's Wales spokesperson.

It will be great to have her help our campaign to get Sam Bennett into the Senedd in May.

Opportunity to develop your canvassing skills with the team from LibDems Campaign for Race Equality (leaflet delivery also an option)

On Saturday 7 February in conjunction with representatives from the LibDems Campaign for Race Equality we are running an Action Day in West Thamesmead to support our candidates Mursal Siyid and Emmanuel Idowu for the local elections to Greenwich Council on May 7th.

Time:  10.30-15.30 (or any time in this window you are able to commit)

Meeting Point:  Outside the Entrance to Tideslea Tower, Erebus Drive, West Thamesmead SE28 0GF  -  for those who sign up further contact details for the day will provided nearer the time.  

The meeting point is around 15 minutes walk from Woolwich Arsenal station or bus routes 244 and 380 run nearby.

To make things smooth for you, we will be funding free refreshments / lunch on the day.

This will be an excellent opportunity to meet, and learn, from the experiences of members of the party Campaign for Race Equality who will be supporting our local team.  No previous canvassing experience is required.  We hope to see as many of you as possible during the course of the day.'
